Bio

Julie grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and received a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and management from the University of Michigan. In 1997, she relocated from Ohio to Maryland, where she joined St. Raphael Parish. Julie’s oldest child attended the 4's program at St. Raphael Nursery School and she joined the nursery school board from 1998 until 2000. She started working at the nursery school in 2000, and during the course of her tenure at the school her varied roles have included working in the classroom, SRNS licensing, SRS/SRNS admissions, and Assistant Principal. Julie and her husband, Scott, have three children, Tom, Joey, and Annie, all of whom are alumni of St. Raphael Nursery School.
